1. Who we are

Consistry ("we", "our", "us") operates the website at consistry.com and the related services ("Service"). For privacy-related questions, contact us at support@consistry.com.

2. What data we collect

We collect only what we need to make Consistry work:

• Account information: your email address and password (passwords are encrypted; we never see them).
• Trading data you log: trades, accounts, trading plan, psychological state ratings, conclusions, and screenshots you upload.
• Usage data: basic analytics about how you use the Service (pages visited, features used) — no third-party tracking pixels.
• Payment data: if you subscribe to Pro, payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

3. What we don't do

• We don't sell your data. Ever.
• We don't share your trading data with third parties for advertising.
• We don't use your trades to train any AI model. The AI analysis runs on your data privately and the results are visible only to you.
• We don't use third-party advertising trackers (no Facebook Pixel, no Google Ads tags).

4. How we use your data

We use the data we collect to:

• Operate the Service (let you log trades, view analysis, etc.).
• Send you transactional emails (account confirmation, password resets, billing receipts).
• Generate AI-powered insights from your trading data, when you request them.
• Detect abuse, fraud, and security incidents.
• Comply with legal obligations.

5. Service providers we use

We rely on a small set of trusted vendors to run Consistry. Each of them sees only the data necessary for their function:

• Supabase: stores your account and trading data (encrypted at rest).
• Vercel: hosts the website and application.
• Anthropic: processes anonymized trading data for AI analysis. Anthropic does not retain or train on your data.
• Resend: delivers transactional emails (account confirmation, password resets).
• Stripe: processes Pro subscription payments. Stripe handles all card data directly — we never store it.

6. Your data, your control

You can at any time:

• Export all your trading data from your account settings.
• Delete individual trades or trading accounts.
• Permanently delete your entire account (this removes all your data within 30 days).

To request a full data export or deletion outside the application, email support@consistry.com. We respond within 7 business days.

7. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your trading data within 30 days. We may retain limited anonymized usage logs for up to 12 months for security and abuse prevention.

8. Security

Your data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. We use industry-standard authentication (Supabase Auth) and follow security best practices. No system is 100% secure, but we work continuously to protect your data and will notify you if a breach affects your account.

9. International users

Consistry is operated from the United States. By using the Service, you consent to your data being processed in the U.S. We respect data subject rights under GDPR (European users) and CCPA (California users), including the right to access, correct, and delete your data.

10. Children

Consistry is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required to keep you logged in and remember your session. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email or in the application. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
